The MacGregor 40 was beached at 1800 S Ocean Blvd in Pompano Beach. TowBoatU.S. Ft. Lauderdale's salvage team responded. The casualty was cordoned off to protect beach goers from the wreckage. The Salvage Team unstepped the mast and secured it to the vessel. Due to the breaking surf and multiple tide cycles the casualties hulls were compromised and filled with sand and water. The casualty was dragged to a safe location for demolition. The Salvage Team demolished the wreck and it was disposed of.
Your guys did a great job on our charter at Port Canaveral. We had rough weather, major schedule changes, and other challenges, but never heard a single compliant. Adrian, Brendan, Tom, Ben, and Zach all were right on the spot when we needed the crane or captain or another boat movement. And the food... that was the best run of good food I think I've ever has in my life! Every single meal was both healthy and delicious.
